How did you pay for this item, Paypal? Why didn't you simply file a claim and immediately get your money back? Confused....unless it was a bank wire.
Also, not to beat a dead horse as this is a horrible situation, but I would never wait five entire months before taking any action. If it's supposed to be overnight shipping and not rectified within a couple weeks, something is up.
