Sorry guys, I've been away on holidays last week.
The moon shot was on tripod, Nikon D90 with 55-200mm F/4-5.6G VR kit lens.
At ISO 200, 1/160s, F/16, -2.0ev on manual mode. Original frame at 4288 x 2848, I cropped it 100% at 1920x1200.
My astronomer friend told me to take moon shots only on non-full times because the shadows will reveal a lot more texture of the moon's surface. I think he's quite correct here.
