Some of the earlier model PAMs just didn't have the quality guts for a fine timepiece, but some cool history. The new in-house stuff is a little more interesting, but for me they just don't quite hit the mark.

I've owned the Submersible, the 188GMT, and the base in titanium hoping it wouldn't feel so bulky. None of them stuck, but the 188 did get me a lot of compliments.
I think PAM is an excellent entry level watch for the young up and comers. It's unique, flashy, big, and there are numerous models. More of a fun varietal piece for the mature crowd IMHO.
