Sorry to hijack thread—Common misconception with kidney stones; you need moderate calcium intake to help combat stone formation (generally speaking)
As far as black tea, it is high in oxalate, a stone promoter. Incidentally, cashews and almonds are high in oxalate, so if you are drinking this kind of milk to stay away from calcium and kidney stones, you are probably actually doing more harm!
