Yes you are right. But you need to consider 5164A has the chrono function (high demand) and the movement is more complicated than 5167 (less supply). When I first collect patek, the AD told me to go with 5167 first and it will be much quicker. I walked in to one AD with no purchase history (but contacted the guy for few months already), he offered me a 5167/1A immediately.
