So it’s on.
Walked about 5 miles today and only had 2 beers after.
Had 4 poached eggs with tomatoes and a chunk of blue cheese and a few olives for lunch.
Apples for snacks.
1/2 gallon water.
No crunchables or beige.
I’m not even hungry and it’s getting late.
