If you read a little more, it’s not only 10 posts, but it’s also 10 days of membership before one can post a link. A small price in the grand scheme..
Further more, a new member can post a picture with less than 10 posts, it just can’t be a link to a picture. As long as it conforms to the forums size requirements, isn’t a hyperlink, the picture will post if done correctly!

Sorry you feel ‘put off’, however, it’s a necessary provision

Maybe just feel hard done by for having been on the forum for a number of years ha!
