Timing Analysis for Explorer II. What is it showing?

The local AD recently hired a Rolex Certified watchmaker.
Since my Explorer II gains around 8 seconds a day I took it in to see if it could be regulated to be a little more accurate.
A timing analysis was done with the results posted below. The conclusion I was given was that it was running within specs so nothing should be done.
If anyone could explain what exactly the results are showing, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
