Rolex gilt GMT information
Possibly service hands... check for open 6s and 9s on the date wheel. It looks quite new (white) compared to the rest of the watch.
PCGs, small arrow GMT hand and missing “DATE” would all be correct together.
Tired looking overall but I like it[emoji846]
