Just got it back from Mike at Rolliworks. He did a fantastic job getting a new T19, servicing the movement, brushing top of lugs, and reluming the hands. The hands were in very very poor shape (hour hand was blackened and the other two didn’t have any lume) so I opted to get them relumed.
Mike was in constant communication and very helpful. I will definitely be sending my 1016 there for service!
