Of even if mods could mark certina threads as educational (in any forum) and then users would have a "filter for study" button or something.

We move misplaced posts around all the time, when we're not stopping scammers or tracking down con artists or banning rude jerks or clearing lists of posts awaiting moderation. There's really a lot to do for a handful of guys working on their own free time, voluntarily. Fine tuning the content to be more user friendly is not exactly top priority
