When I joined 10 years ago there were less than 30k members. A significant amount of them were characters, old buddies, old TZ cast offs, actual collectors, etc.

Now there are almost 230,000 members. In some ways thats great for the forum and proves it is a useful resource and time sink, however there are not 10x as many old pros, collectors, etc. now. And there are way more look at me time wasters and generally unhappy folks lurking around.
It’s a victim of it’s success.
