I had a 299 on the previous generation stark looking smooth bracelet. This reissue of the original “crown-guard” bracelet is fantastic. Very comfortable and the bi-folding clasp is much more compact. The integration with the case is exceptional. Only real dig is a return to friction pins on the links. Regardless, a really nice alternative to a rubber strap when 100% humidity rolls in during the summer months. I wanted to hate the dial, but in the metal it all works so well.
