Not good but things do happen. It is interesting the level of expectations placed on watches and watch companies by some buyers. I would believe that Tudor has solved this problem if it has occurred before and the watch shown has been replaced by a newer model. I own a Pelagos and it is very robust and I have had no issues. I also own a GMT and have had no issues either. I have a great AD and they handle everything very promptly so I also have confidence that if I experience a problem they will fix it. I don't typically make my judgements based on the exceptions but by the rule. And my experience is that Tudor is a great brand and a very good value.
