I believe you're right. As I understand it, the deal is Breitling can use Tudor's MT5612 movement (which Breitling re-brands as the B20) for some of its three-hand watches, and Tudor can use Breitling's B01 movement (which Tudor re-brands as the MT5813) for some of its chronographs. Breitling isn't borrowing any chronograph movements from Tudor for its own chronographs. Indeed, I don't think Tudor makes its own chronograph movements; they're either ETA or "in house" Breitling.
