Can't tell anything from the very blurry pictures, however I have a couple thoughts on the points you are questioning. The first being the hand being more "ticky", the cal 1861 in the moonwatch beats at 21,600 VPH as opposed to the coaxial Broad Arrow movement which beats at a faster 28,800 VPH... so the slower the beat, the more jittery it appears (normal).
The engraving type for the serial number has changed over the years and most recently is minus the black hue present in older models.
The serial number facing a different way really doesn't mean anything other than it's a different watch produced at a different time and that may be how it's applied now.
Hope this helps a little.
