I read somewhere, I think in this forum or Watchuseek that Rolex is just on strontium aluminate without the rare earth elements.
Rare earth elements Europium and Dysprosium are added for a brighter and longer lasting glow in Super Luminova. While Lumi Brite is Strontium Aluminate added with Europium and Dysprosium. That is why Seiko and LUM TEC lights up like Christmas tree and have the best lume in the market. So far.
