Aside from the disclaimer at the bottom, there is this:

So if someone does not like the radio buttons or fan speeds or wiper motor noise, it gets logged as a problem.

In addition the release of new models can skew the data. While I believe there is some validity to the data, having filled out two of those surveys I would not soley base my opinion of a brand on this data alone.
