If its a new watch...its gotta be flawless!
If it's a Pre Owned watch it can always have a new Sapphire xtal
installed or buffed if Acrylic. Dials can be cleaned and replaced.
Sometimes with old faded, discolored or cracked dials can add mucho $$$
to the value if its collectible.
