I’ve purchased several nato straps from cheapest auto straps.com, and I’ve compared them to genuine Omega nato straps as well as other, higher priced alternatives. I continue to buy from cheapestnatostraps.com. They have a great selection, their prices are very inexpensive and I trust my vintage watches to them without hesitation. One thing I would always do is replace my springbars with new ones....I prefer the 2.5mm Seiko thick springbars, but that is just me...I like the beefier bars when wearing a nato strap.

Good luck, the world is your oyster...I can tell you from experience that a shell cordovan nato looks very much at home on a 1680...but I also like the admiralty grey ones, as well as any strap that might have a hint of red which would play off the red of your dial nicely.
