Agreed, it’s almost unbelievable to contemplate how much our lives ha e changed in 6 weeks. To gain a semblance of balance, it might be a good idea to take a break from the news, and perhaps also this thread!
I agree, it’s hard to mentally navigate through when so much is beyond our ability to influence. I would try, instead, to focus on what you can control.
Keep your spirits up, try to eat well, and try to enjoy some decent spring weather this weekend!
