The seller obviously claims that he didn't know....and thought it was real.

The problem is how can one be confident it was a mistake and a not deliberate fake posting?

The seller has been reasonably co-operative, but then it appears this is not the first occasion of a non-genuine listing if the statement about his activity on WUS is correct?

I think a severe penalty is the only way, but its obviously not my decision.
