File the small claims suit. They have to respond. It might be enough to give them a kick in the backside to settle before it reaches court and you having to hire a lawyer. Also file complaint with the Better Business Bureau in SA (they have an A+ rating which I'm sure they would want to maintain). That can also yield results. Excellent call on BBB. Attack them in social media, in BBB, and craigslist; you’ll get resolution without spending a dime. If all that fails, small claims court.
