I am so to say this... but I feel a Breitling movement (even though only 7750 basis) are nicely finished. The Rolex however was not made for display.
Patek on the other hand.... that is a movement to display!

I think the Daytona has a movement that can be shown off. With all due respect...that is a very boring looking movement for a Patek to have a clear back.
The Daytona is much more interesting to look at IMHO.
Also, no other Rolex model seems to have an interesting looking movement to view from the back besides the Daytona. That's just my opinion.
Lastly, I would never do it to my watches...I prefer the depth rating to be right where it needs to be...12,800 feet!
