Language is important.
There is a difference between some businesses having their employees work from home and some retailers like Apple deciding to close stores but still make their products available on line and shutting down "all businesses." Without "businesses" we would not have electricity, food, water, medical care, medicine, and a host of other things we need, not to mention hopefully a vaccine.
