Dials depend on the mark on which ones bubble and which will evenly turn matte. It's about 50/50 or less on which turn matte without degradation. My last 16760 was perfectly matte. And, it had its original chamfers.  |

They must have been pretty fat lugs from new since the fat lugs I see on vintage FLs don’t have a chamfer.
I see the faint hint of a chamfer in these photos. Was your watch like this when new?
