My wife and I broke away from the peloton last night for dinner. Went to Giada's (located at the Cromwell) and they seated us overlooking the strip with views of the Bellagio fountains. We opted for the "tasting menu" which was really a 5-course dinner with the optional wine pairings. Highly recommended!!
