Thank you or sharing this article. I find it fascinating and delighted with its reading. Totaly agree with the author, though not a watch collector myself, I find fascination for old time watches.
I´ve just discovered an old Oyster Rolex myself, some time ago, and couldn´t resist buying it. It was made in 1945, and has a manual machine, but I find it so lovely with its old style "alpha" hands, and "dart" markers.
I own several Rolex bought brand new, and it is my first "vintage". I´m delighted with it!
