Are you suggesting your AD hasn’t spoken to Rhone about a new 5711 purchased in May that has a problem with the bracelet - of course they have.

I can’t be totally sure; it may be murkier than you think. I know a lot has changed in 15 years, but my warranty replacement in 2005 required my calling H Stern directly, then prodding AD to be more proactive.

AD told me it would be replaced and they were just waiting on PP to have one available. After two months I called distributor, explained the situation, then asked if it was really that hard to get a new 5065. They salt it shouldn’t be at all. I contacted the AD with that information and had a watch two weeks. I felt as going AD never did anything besides sending my old one in and waiting for one to come in through normal supply lines.
