Scratches and Dents
Just a suggestion. If you're a guy, please ask your wife or significant other to look at her jewelry. If you find (likely) substantial scratches or more, ask her if she would like you to get them polished or laser refinished. Likely you will get a strange look and be told she likes them that way.
I have learned from this and it makes life substantially more satisfying.
