Don't force wind it, get in touch with your local APSC, and get the ball rolling on having it sorted.
If it's done the same before but out of service warranty, you may need to argue the previous repair failed to fix the issue. Your local consumer laws will let you know where you stand in that regard, and what their legal obligations are.
