I would call a Sub a Sub, and a Sub Date a Sub Date. Although it rarely comes up, because if it's LV or LB it's a Sub Date by default. If it's a TT or PM it's a Sub Date by default. If it has a nick name, it's a Sub Date by default. It is not necessary to stipulate that any of these has a date function for the purpose of differentiation. They are already differentiated from the 114060.
