Sorry I guess I wasn't clear. I wasn't trying to flame anyone. In fact, I did resolve the issue with Matt already and the refund process is on the way. And I am pleased with the quality of the service.

What i wanted to share was that sellers sometimes make mistakes too. And also share the refunding process/length/promptness with others that are considering doing business with Matt.
