Sorry it was not clear. RSC Dallas told my AD that “swapping to a blue dial was only permitted for new, unsold black dial WG BLROs.” If the watch was new (had not yet been sold) then RSC would change the black dial to blue, for the AD. My AD told me that RSC Dallas would not change my black dial BLRO to a blue dial because it had been sold, and was no longer new.
