Too bad op didn’t pay w AMX - all of this could have been avoided . Sad. A wire is sending CASH and you are at the sellers mercy. As to instruction to “refuse refund” and then sue. Good luck on that one ! For me I would be happy to get 90 % and yes I would still pursue the other 10% but not likely to get anything back. An expensive lesson to learn NOT ever to wire money! Whatever argument I know I will get , I can only say - in EVERY one of these complaints on this thread - would’ve solved buyer’s problem w one phone call. If seller says they won’t accept CC even if buyer pays 3% , great ! Just saved me a huge potential hassle- next seller please :-))
