Yes the tiny holes on the clasp are for a micro adjustment....it looks like its like a equivelent of a half link. I had mine on the outer hole with 2 links on 6 o'clock side and 3 links on 12 o'clock side...but ended up with a better fit by adding one link and moving to the inner hole on the clasp...
On my 7” flat wrist I have 6 removable links at 12 o’clock and 4 at 6. I also have the micro adjustment on the clasp on the first (tightest) hole setting. This allows the clasp to be perfectly centered and I can slip a pinky finger under the clasp with no problem.

Overall I have to wear it a bit looser than I normal would choose.

It’s the one thing about this watch that’s not perfect (lack of bracelet micro adjustment on the fly), but I suppose we can live with it though, as it keeps the clasp slim, comfortable and true to the original design
