With regards to prices- I think net price without tax would make more sense; but this is only my opinion. Not every country have the same amount of sales tax, so would make it difficult to gauge.

Yeah, if I can offer some advice, this makes no sense to list it as you currently do. You're listing US price excluding tax, but the price in say the EU, with tax. Those aren't true comparisons and is slightly misleading. One one would think, based on those prices, the US is cheaper, but it's not.
Either list everything without tax, or list everything with the local tax.
