The idea is to use a tool/screwdriver to pop the spring bar out and then move it to the tighter or looser microadjustment. If done carefully, should potentially avoid scratches.
I've yet to get ahold of my explorer yet so I'm speaking purely from the research I've done, not first-hand experience.
So do you anticipate needing to microadjust? Or have you been happy with just taking 2 links out for your 16cm wrist? Is the current fit loose or snug?
