I think I'm breathing fine, maybe heavier than usual but not struggling. I'm 28 with no medical history, which is the concern. I don't usually get much pain.

Sharp would be something like a stabbing pain, pressure would be more of an elephant sitting on your chest.
If you have health insurance and you’re not dying, you can go to an urgent care instead of an emergency room.
