That's a bummer Tyler but as Paul said I am sure they will resolve it quickly. Have had 10 AP Chrono's over the years and never an issue. Like Paul I always check chrono function as well when I get new one regardless of brand. Don't know why either but always do. Good luck with it and hope it's back soon!
