I already picked up Kentucky Owl Bourbon Batch 8 and Rye Batch 2... I found a Kentucky Owl Batch 6, which I've heard is possibly the best of them all, but hadn't thought of spending that much on it.
I get what you're saying about overspending for a specific year; why pay $500+ for something that was only $10 back in 1984... and anything worth a pretty penny then would be significantly more now...
