I was actually going to service the watch next April (5th year). Should I go ahead and service 6 months early, or is it OK to wait? My concern with the latter route is that it may damage something else if I wait too long.

Also, found some old threads discussing the same issue. Some posters said it was due to low oil, while others say it's normal. Interesting.
