Left is a 1984 6309-7290 for the Japanese market.
Right is a 1985 6309-7049 that I bought in Belize in 1986. As you can see it’s had some hammer & was my daily for about 20 years. Never been opened but has had several straps
Both are absolutely bullet proof and still keep great time
