Dressy or sporty? Personally, even on women, larger watches are better. I would not go smaller than 31mm, but even 36mm would be nice and gives you more options. 34mm might be on the sporty side. But since you say Jubilee, I'm guessing more dressy? There is a gorgeous 31mm MOP dial with Romans. What a watch...
