I have a 1975 DJ 1603 w/sigma dial (bought in Aug 2019). It had a complete service by a CW 21 certified watchmaker, who is an authorized Rolex watchmaker, before being placed for sale. Unfortunately, the bracelet is an aftermarket (still very nice), so the price was reduced. I paid $1700 and felt that was a good price based on some reasonable research. So, I would say a price around 2200-2500 would be reasonable (once you verify the Ref and SN). Do you know if it's been recently serviced, if so when? If it is in need of service, figure an additional $450 - $550 to be added to the total purchase price. Good luck.
