I don't understand what's going on? It's a very easy fix.
Pull minute hand, adjust the hour hand back a bit to the center of the marker, reinstall the hour hand.
I could do this repair myself.
Just go independent.
I bet they want to change the hands and dial because they scratched them by being careless.
