I love the 16570 - it's my one Rolex (after trying many) and I wear it all the time. Of the two you posted, the case on the second looks better to me, but it's hard to tell with the pictures.
These are still relatively affordable, and there's no particular value in getting an earlier versus later version, assuming not having tritium isn't a deal breaker for you. Personally, I'd look for one in the best shape that you can afford and go for that.
