Resolution: The item did ship, and was delivered. But the only problem was it was shipped to the wrong address, about 200 miles from where I live. The seller gave me a tracking number and that is where it was delivered today. I had the dispute open with PayPal, called them today to tell them the story, and they are crediting my account for the $63.98. I have no idea what was in the box or what happened on the sellers side with the shipping label. I still have to wonder if this is a scam, shipping it to another address and I would give up and let them keep the monies. Just don't know. Emails to the seller have gone unanswered by me and PayPal. End of story.
