I would only recommend that it be serviced by a qualified workshop with a ROLEX spare parts account. That way you can be sure that the watch is repaired with spare parts and gets the proper testing. Even if it is just the mainspring, that is a fairly comprehensive service that requires disassembling the movement. All the gaskets along with the mainspring should also be replaced.
