Thats the way its always said when i notice it on any episode of talking watches no matter who the collector is. I don't say it that way though, i say it the other way.
I'm having a hard time getting a good phonetic spelling that communicates what I am trying to communicate. But the pronunciation at 4:25 is the way I have heard it pronounced when someone is, like the interviewee, saying "Patek." But to me, it sounds different when someone pronounces Patek Philippe. I guess it doesn't matter...
